Quick: Most surveys take 2 to 3 minutes. You search your EHR for 1 to 3 product names and answer yes or no as to whether the product is appearing in your EHR. Often, we ask whether the way a product appears makes sense to you. Why? Because that helps life science companies and the people that populate EHRs and other tools with information do a better job at that, and find and fix problems early, and fast.

Paid within days (for helping to make EHRs work a little bit better): For completing those super-quick surveys, we send you your choice of a $10 Amazon or Starbucks gift card (via email) for each completed survey. Of course, we pay larger amounts for surveys that take longer, and considerably more for interviews should you ever decide to participate in one. Many of our long-time panel members are physicians who say we’re one of the easiest and most enjoyable research efforts they participate in. Some tell us they get a smile every time they get a coffee or add their honorarium to something they buy online, because they know they helped healthcare be just a tiny bit better by participating. That makes us smile, too!

Terms of participation - It’s really simple: We never sell or trade your information. Your identity is never shared with our clients, or anyone else. You can skip any research invitation at any time, and we never ask you to use real patient information for any of our surveys or research (in fact, we forbid it). It’s that simple, and that easy.
